Adjusting crystal poi lite j-lace leashes
Crystal poi lite is designed create a more glowsticking-style poi than its predecessor the crystal poi. It's more streamlined with no knots or hardware, and uses a special "J-lace" leash that's great for stringing/glowsticking.
You can use a chopstick or a loop of string to help thread the J-lace through the hole in the modified crystal case. Here's how:
