You can set up any flowtoys poi with your preferred leash system, if you like spinning with chains, rope, paracord, or other types of leash material.
You can use a capsule loop to attach your leash to your podpoi.
It’s a nifty loop with a washer that you can attach to your capsule shell. The loop comes up right above the pod shell and tri-ring, and will allow you to connect a different leash with ease. They're also used for making pod lights, so you can clip them to whatever you want to illuminate - yourself, your bike, your tent etc.
