Pixelwhips are not made by flowtoys. They are made by our friends at FiberFlies, LLC, and we require a purchase receipt for warranty, as other shops also sell Pixelwhips.
Pixelwhips come with a manufacturers' warranty on defects. As long as they’re not physically damaged (e.g. water damaged), it will be a free replacement for the parts that are not working.
Before sending anything in, please contact us, so we can verify your original PixelWhip order and send you relevant troubleshooting tips.
Pixelwhips do not qualify for upgrade credit.
