Details:
- If your fabric fans, flags, and ribbons are defective, we can warranty them within 60 days of purchase. We will require you to send them back, and show proof of purchase, as other shops also sell these items.
- If your dog chewed up your fans/flags etc., you tore them accidentally or lost them somehow, we cannot replace them. Thanks for understanding.
- These items do not qualify for upgrade credit.
