- When you find a mode you like, save it to favorites!
- Use favorites autoplay to only cycle through modes you like.
- You can hold to save directly from adjust, no need to select first.
- No need to wait for indicators to end, you can interrupt them with button presses if you know what you're doing.
- To maximize range, while using a capsule as a remote control, do not cover it up too much with your hand. They do not require line of sight, but it helps. Because they are constantly transmitting, spinning them around also helps them to hit optimal reception points :)
- Turning off your radio (red group) will only save 14% of your battery, and only for the first week. When lights are grouped they “listen” for group-on when they are “off”. This uses about 14% of the battery in 1-week. After 1-week they turn fully “off” and the battery loses ~10% over 1-year due to li-ion self-discharge)
- Auto-sleep/wake does not add any battery drain, even when off, but does save lots of battery life.
- Modes can be saved to favorites in “adjust” and will retain the adjust position. So if you save bold in adjust when it is green, it will start at green in favorites, and continue adjusting. This can be very useful for shows. Or if you simply like fire mode in adjust where its color is always changing, you can save it that way and not have to enter adjust every time.
- Autoplay modes, including adjusted interval timing, can be saved to favorites (except P5M11 "random-autoplay” and P4 “favorites” autoplay).
- Any page above 12 = P13. so just go for a 15-click to make it easy ;)
- If you turned the light off in a specific mode/adjustment, you will return to that mode/adjustment when you turn on.
