Yes you can in Bold mode, which is the 3rd mode.
When in Bold, enter 'adjust' by holding the button down until it blinks and let go (about 1.5 seconds): the light will cycle through different levels of saturation of every hue, and are only fully saturated (pure blue for example) for a moment. You’ll have to catch the color you want quickly.
We find it helps to try to predict the color, and press the button a moment early. When in doubt, press early - you can always re-enter adjust and then select right after to “step” forward on the hue.
