If your package arrived damaged, please take a picture of the parcel BEFORE opening it and take a picture of the parts that were damaged. Be sure to hold on to the damaged packaging and items until the claim is complete.
In most cases damage claims can be filed immediately, and once we verify the damage to your order we can file a claim for you:
- For US parcels: claims must be filed within the first 7-60 days of shipping the order.
- For international Parcels: claims must be filed within 7 days - 6 months of shipping the order
