Sorry your capsule 2.0 LEDs aren't working right. Here are some troubleshooting tips below. If they don't work, feel free to contact us at support@flowtoys.com and we'll take care of you.

solid light, unable to turn off

If your LEDs are stuck in a solid color and you are unable to turn them off, even if they are very dim, try cleaning off the circuit board with some rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab or small cloth or brush in case there is any dirt/debris that may be causing the issue.

blue light on charger, what does that mean?

A capsule 2.0 may sometimes light up blue for a moment when plugged in to a USB charger - this is normal. The capsule will light blue when trying to connect to a computer and it can sometimes mistake a charger for a computer. If it is connected to a computer, it might stay blue until unplugged, this is normal as well.

stuck blinking blue on charger

If your capsule light is blinking blue continuously when plugged in to charge, it thinks it's supposed to connect to a computer and can’t find it. It could possibly be a faulty charging cable, debris in your USB jack, or even contamination on the board. Try cleaning off the circuit board with some rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab or small cloth or brush in case there is any dirt/debris that may be causing the issue.

LEDs look funky

If your capsule 2.0 LEDs don't look quite right, e.g. if some colors appear missing, you can check this by going to the brightest white mode. Here's how:

  1. Increase your brightness to level 5.

  2. Go to p1m3 (bold), it should be white. In level 5 brightness, it will be running white and hot.

  3. Let your light run for a few minutes (let it get hot in p1m3) and check for LED color difference. If your light looks like the image below, contact us and we'll send you warranty instructions.
