The dragon discs are CNC-cut from polyethylene, and hand-assembled and finished to bring you a unique, highly durable and elegant staff accessory that feels amazing!

Re. keep your discs in shape: The discs are quite flexible which is what allows them to take a significant amount of abuse without breaking. However they can get bent up with use, or in transport. We recommend removing the discs before transport.

If you notice that your disc is bent out of shape, you can bend it back into shape by hand pretty easily.

Re. manage frayed edges: If you drop your staff on rough surfaces like concrete, the outer edges of the discs can get chewed up and frayed.

If you notice that your discs have uneven/jagged/sharp edges, you can gently sand them down to have a nice smooth edge.

Re. ensure a tight fit on your staff: If you notice that the dragon discs are loose on your staff tubes:

  • Tighten the 6 inner most screws on each disc: This will squeeze the elastomer rings between the layers of the disc, allowing for a tighter grip on the end tube.
  • Clean the inside of the disc hole and outside of the end tubes: Over time dirt/oils can accumulate on the end tubes affecting the connection with the discs. To ensure a tight and secure fit, wipe down the outside of each end tube and inside of the dragon disc hole with a rag and some rubbing alcohol.
