We do offer free shipping for orders being shipped within the USA totaling over $150 (not including postage). We also offer free shipping on a few of our keystone products such as v2 podpoi, PixelWhips, crystal poi lite, and torofluxes.
If you are based outside the USA, you may have to pay customs duties/taxes when the shipment arrives in your country. We're unable to predict or control if/when duties are applied to a shipment, as customs can vary from country to country.
If duties are required before the customs office can release your shipment for delivery, they will contact you. Do note, if the duties are unpaid the shipment will be returned to us. In this case, we can ship the order out to you once it arrives back with us however we'll have to collect postage on the new shipment first.
