We understand that products may not meet your expectations, and sometimes you need an "undo" button. We stand by the quality of our products and service and accept returns on merchandise purchased from flowtoys.com within 30 days of purchase. 
You can send back your recent order, and as long as it is in brand new condition, we will refund or exchange it for you. If it is used/not in excellent, you will receive 80% credit towards another purchase or as a refund without the costs of shipping.

Below are some details about our returns policy: 


  • Please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase to initiate your return.
  • Items will only be accepted for a full refund if they are in perfect resellable condition and include all original accessories (cables, batteries, etc.)
  • Items not in new excellent condition will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for shipping the product to us. Shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns of custom or sale items for refund. These items are eligible for replacement or upgrade through our forever flow lifetime warranty.
