Some modes use more power than others. Brighter modes and solid modes that don't strobe use more power. Check out the modes charts for details:

The best way to save power is to choose a lower brightness level, it can more than double your runtime! Here's how to adjust your brightness.

Setting the "auto sleep" function can also save a lot of battery life by dimming or turning off your light when it's not in motion. Here's how to set your auto-sleep/auto-wake setting.

Also note that very low temperatures can temporarily reduce battery capacity. If you lights are frozen, they might not last long. Give them a hug and warm them up.

On the flip side: extreme heat can permanently reduce battery life. Do NOT leave your lights in the sun or hot places like car dash or trunk or home windows where they are exposed to prolonged heat.

Make sure your firmware is up to date! We’ve made significant changes, improvements and bug fixes for most radio issues for capsule 2.0 & vision props. All your vision and capsule 2.0 props need to have the same firmware version to connect to each other, have the same modes, brightness and run-time, so make sure to update the firmware on all your props!
