Make sure your firmware is up to date! We’ve made significant changes, improvements and bug fixes for most radio issues for capsule 2.0 & vision props. All your vision and capsule 2.0 props need to have the same firmware version to connect to each other, have the same modes, brightness and run-time, so make sure to update the firmware on all your props!

dead/no response, even on charger:
If your light does not turn on at all, even when charging:
- Check the USB jack, cable, charger - click here for how

- It’s a long shot, but if you have a capsule light it might be worth cleaning off the circuit board with some rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab or small cloth or brush in case there is any dirt/debris that may be causing the issue.
only works on charger:
If your light only works when plugged in to USB:

light turns off quickly, or on impact:
Sometimes a light appears to be turning off from impact, but it’s actually a low battery and turns off shortly after you turn it on. Do you see the dim red low battery indicator? Or did it turn off completely?
- If you see the low battery indicator: check your battery life and if its low, charge your light.
